After the continuous releases of ‘New York’, ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’, Yash Raj Films launches its next project with Pradeep Sarkar as the director. Pradeep Sarkar had earlier made not-successful films, ‘Parineeta’ and ‘Laga Chunari mein daag’…

Produced by Aditya Chopra, the film will star Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepika Padukone as the lead pair. Both the actors have extremely challenging roles to play in this love story set in the gritty streets of Mumbai.

The film is slated to go on floor this December and is scheduled for a 2010 release.

It’s worth mentioning that Pradeep Sarkar’s previous films for Yash Raj banner haven’t been successful. But then, with more hopes pinned on Pradeep’s spellbinding story, Aditya Chopra has laid his trust on him. The film’s title would be soon confirmed much before the film would hit the floors.
